Verifier pings
A single biometric verification of an enrolled DID. Used by telcos (RICA), banks (FICA-KYC), and accredited B2B partners. Pings count per successful verification; failures are not billed.

What "ping" covers
A verification ping is a single live biometric match against an enrolled DID, with the resulting Verifiable Credential signed by the partner node and delivered over an authenticated webhook. Pings are billed per successful match. Liveness retries inside a single capture session are not separately billed.
All numbers above are exclusive of VAT (15%). Civic Anchor SA (Pty) Ltd issues tax invoices monthly in arrears for postpaid contracts; prepaid credit packs are available on request.
